We are now shipping to the EU with UPS. All returned orders have been reshipped and we have nearly finished clearing the backlog of orders that were waiting to be shipped. We'd like to thank everyone for their patience. We hope this is the last of the Brexit drama!
We have been informed that some of our EU parcels have not successfully been exported and are being returned to us. We are working with a different courier and will be able to send these returned parcels without further delay as soon as our new account is activated. We appreciate our EU customers and are sorry for the delays. We hope to return to our normal shipping dispatch time by the end of next week.
We have been made aware some of the items we sell are now banned in the EU. For now, we are only able to ship cosmetic fragrance oils to the EU. All other items will be removed from orders and refunded.
Our courier DPD have restored service to the EU and we are pleased to be able so ship to our EU customers. Before receiving your order, you will be contacted by the courier for collection of any taxes, duties, and/or fees. Once this has been paid, your order will be delivered to you. Please note that we are no longer charging VAT on orders exported outside of the UK.
Our courier DPD have suspended shipments to the EU until 15.01.21. They will review the situation on that date.

Orders to the EU/EEA will be shipped via our courier. Before receiving your order, you will be contacted by the courier for collection of taxes, duties, and/or fees. Once this has been paid, your order will be delivered to you.
We are also in the process of setting up an EU distribution point for our products - this service should be up and running during the second quarter of 2021 so that our EU customers can continue to shop with ease. Please continue to check the website for further updates.

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes to make sure customers across Europe can continue to receive the great products and unbeatable service they’ve come to expect from Gracefruit, regardless of the major changes taking place in the UK at the start of 2021.
Gracefruit is delighted to announce that we are finalising arrangements to set up an EU distribution point so that our loyal EU customers can order our products with ease for years to come. This new facility is expected to be up and running in the first quarter of the new year.
In the meantime, we want to make sure there are no interruptions to deliveries, With this in mind, any customers who need to stock up on essentials or try something new from our wide range of products should place orders with our UK site no later than 12pm BST, Thursday, December 17th.
