Delivery Information

We are currently experiencing a 24 hour turnaround time on all orders with Economy Delivery.  Please allow an extra one (1) business day(s) for delivery. Orders with Express Delivery are dispatching same day (if received before 12pm GMT) or next day (if received after 12pm GMT). All delivery times stated are subject to collection by our courier.  

For UK delivery, we ship exclusively by courier.  Our UK Economy rate is £5.99 and our UK Express rate is £7.99.  Both rates cover parcels weighing up to 25kg. As a courtesy to customers wishing to place smaller orders, we offer a reduced courier rate of £4.99 for UK Economy parcels weighing under 500g. As with all of our prices, our courier rates do not include VAT. VAT of 20% will be added upon checkout. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

Please allow up to three (3) business days for UK delivery when choosing our UK Express Delivery option and up to five (5) business days when choosing UK Economy Delivery.    Please note that our courier rates do not cover BFPOs, N. Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, or Channel Islands.  There will be an additional charge to send to these destinations.  We do not offer Saturday deliveries at this time.  All delivery times quoted are subject to collection by our courier.

We are happy to ship within Europe and strive to keep shipping fast and affordable.  For parcels being shipped within the EU,  please allow up to ten (10) business days (excluding holidays) for delivery.  Parcels to Norway & Switzerland may take longer due to customs regulations in those countries.

Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday.  Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address which has been provided incorrectly.  There will will be an additional delivery charge for parcels redirected to any address other than the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that someone is able to sign for your parcel. After three (3) delivery attempts by our courier, your parcel will be returned to us and your order refunded.

We are happy to ship to homes and businesses, but we are no longer able to ship to hotels.
